BACK AGAIN. BUT THIS TIME WITH ACTUAL WORDS FOR YOU.

For the past few weeks, I've been getting one of my roommates into Doctor Who. It's been awesome to SPREAD THE GOSPEL, and though I found the beginning of the series a bit slow with so many rewatches, by the time I hit Father's Day I was like "OH SHOW, MY SHOW."

Saw The Blind Banker and The Great Game today. Must say, having now seen all of Sherlock... I'm still meh. Benedict Cumberbatch's uber-bass voice has grown on me, though. HE'S LIKE A WEE ALAN RICKMAN. And Martin Freeman is always wonderful. But mostly, I felt like Sherlock and Moriarty-- bored. It's well-done, there's no doubt, but it's simply not ( Read more... )

So, today I happened-- by chance, not design-- to end up watching Sherlock''s 'A Study in Pink' and RDJ's Sherlock Holmes within hours of each other, both for the first time.
